Almarai receives Spanish ambassador

Spanish Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Joaquin Perez-Villanueva y Tovar paid a visit to Almarai Company facilities in Al-Kharj last week. The envoy was accompanied by some embassy staff and their families. The tour included a cow farm, Western Bakeries Company, and Central Processing Plant.
During the visit, the ambassador was informed about the most modern methods adopted at Almarai Company. The envoy saw the great care and nurture given by Almarai to its cows, including advanced medical care, healthy feed, and appropriate environment. The ambassador was apprised of the ultra-modern equipment used in production lines of Almarai products.
At the end of his tour, The Spanish ambassador expressed his great admiration of what he had been cognizant of, lauding Almarai facilities, and commending the up-to-date technology employed in the production of foodstuff, juices and dairy products.
Almarai receives visitors at its facilities in Al-Kharj and Hail on daily basis, to inform them on the standards to which Almarai conforms in processing its various product ranges. Last year, the company visitors exceeded 17,000.
