Pakistan maintains non-interference policy: NSA

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan continues to follow a policy of non-interference in other countries’ internal affairs, and believes in resolving regional disputes via dialogue and UN resolutions, said National Security Advisor (NSA) Nasser Khan Janjua.
He was addressing the ninth International Meeting of High-Level Officials Responsible for Security Matters in Sochi, Russia.
Prior to the meeting, he held talks with Russian security and intelligence officer Nikolai Patrushev.
Elaborating on Pakistan’s contributions to global peace and security, Janjua highlighted successes achieved and sacrifices made by the country’s armed forces, law-enforcement agencies and people. 
On the sidelines of the meeting, he also held talks with Afghan NSA Hanif Atmar, Egyptian NSA Faiza Abou El-Naga, and Guo Shengkun, secretary of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the Communist Party of China. The meeting was attended by delegations from 118 countries and UN representatives.
